HR internship @ O’Neill

We’re looking for a Human Resources Intern that is ready for the challenge of working within the world’s first surf company.

At O’Neill, we're seeking bright, talented individuals like you to join us on this adventure. As an intern in our program, you'll ride the crest of your career, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and a front-row seat to the dynamic world of the surf industry.

You'll collaborate with our passionate team, tackle exciting projects, and contribute to shaping the future of our brand.

What are your tasks and responsibilities?

During this all-around HR internship, you will be part of our HR department and receive practical knowledge on all HR aspects such as onboarding, learning, and development, recruitment, etc. As an intern at O’Neill, you will have the opportunity to set up a strong base for your development as a future HR professional. Your tasks will consist of supporting both our HQ and our stores in different countries around Europe with several HR processes, taking ownership of our interns by interns project, and other ongoing projects within the team. In addition, you have the opportunity to do research work. The subject of your research can be determined in consultation with your supervisor.

Who are we looking for?

  • A motivated and ambitious HR Intern from a university or HBO education;
  • Working knowledge of Dutch and English (spoken and written);
