O’Neill

O’Neill, the original Californian surf brand, was founded in 1952 and can be found all over the world. O’Neill Europe is responsible for the design and marketing of the European collection. The company is headquartered in Warmond, the Netherlands.

What are your tasks and responsibilities?

Supporting the in-house creative marketing team. Assisting in the design and development of graphic design projects for print, digital or other media:

  • Executing content needs of e-commerce for own and third-party sites, social media channels, and digital marketing activities including localization of emailers and adapting banners
  • Develop, execute and deliver content for roll-out of marketing campaigns including seasonal templates, instore POS, showroom materials, events collateral, videos, creating presentation templates and GTM product launches
  • Handling graphic requests such as cropping images, basic video editing and delivery of final assets

Who are we looking for?

  • High proficiency in English
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver final assets to exact file specifications
  • Open to learning and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team beyond allocated projects
  • Having a keen eye for detail, a willingness to try new things and learn quickly
  • You’re experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. You don't need to be a pro already, but just know your way around the programs and be eager to learn. You’ll have strong typography skills and basic knowledge XD or Premiere is a bonus.
