Sales Coordinator - English writing and speaking

Fulltime - 36-40 hours per week
Warmond (near Leiden)

As Sales Coordinator you will work in an international environment executing all operational and tactical support tasks for our Wholesale business. You will support the sales team in sales and marketing to drive business growth and increase brand relevance in the stores.

Your Responsibilities

Sales, such that:
• Wholesale Business Intelligence and analysis: track and analyze commercial performance metrics, including revenue, margins, and market share, reporting findings to management;
• Support on seasonal forecasting and sell-in/-out analysis on Wholesale accounts;
• Gradually aided by Senior Leadership, business development opportunity scouting;
• Gradually aided by Senior Leadership, ownership of key accounts form sell-in to daily contacts;

• Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat businesses and customer loyalty.

Marketing, such that:
• Coordination of agents’ trade marketing requests and related assigned marketing budget management, coordination and guidance on distributors’ trade marketing plans;
• Bi-monthly newsletter for Partners on O’Neill updates and milestones;
• Internal marketing/go-to-market tool Coordination (catalogues, Product presentations, marketing contents, etc.);

• Communicate (promotional) offers and campaigns to customers.

General, such that:
• Enact as liaison between sales and marketing department, to ensure effectiveness in the stores;
• As a liaison between sales, marketing, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery;
• Organize and schedule sales meetings, client visits and presentations;
• Manage and maintain customer databases and systems;

• Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are properly files and up to date.

Who are You?

• Education in Business, Marketing or related field preferred;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook);
• 1 – 2 years working a similar role in fashion, sport, apparel or similar industries (preferably, but not exclusively);
• Fluently in English both verbal and in written, Dutch or German is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience in project management;

• Prioritize and time management effectively.
