O’NEILL PRIVACY STATEMENT
This is the privacy statement of HROffice (hereafter: "HROffice"). HROffice facilitates a full Recruitment and HR process with modular HR solutions. Users of HROffice can purchase various modules and services and thus put together their own modular recruitment system and optimize their HR process. HROffice is an HR SaaS solution. HROffice is a product of Adver-Online BV (hereafter "Adver"), established at (2105 MC) Heemstede, at Herenweg 55. This privacy statement ensures that the personal data that HROffice receives from its customers (hereafter: "Controller") in the context of taking one or more online solutions via HROffice is handled appropriately. Adver is 'Processor' as referred to in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the processing of personal data. This personal data does not include the personal data that the User himself inserts, stores or otherwise processes in the closed web environments of the various online (HR) solutions of HROffice. For the conditions and safeguards regarding the processing of this personal data - as far as the online (HR) solutions offered by Adver and by the Controller are taken directly from Adver - a reference is made to the General Terms and Conditions of HROffice and the Processing Agreement. Where the Controller buys an (online) (HR) solution via HROffice that is offered and executed directly by a third party, (supplementary) privacy conditions of this third party may apply. Adver has no influence on the privacy conditions of these third parties and advises the Controller in that case to consult the privacy statement of the third parties in question. When using services of third parties, Adver always refers to the General Terms and Conditions of this third party and these General Terms and Conditions apply. Adver can adjust its own privacy statement. The most up-to-date privacy statement can always be found on the HROffice website.
n the case of a decrease of one or more online (HR) solutions via HROffice, the following personal data (hereafter: "Personal Data") of the User are processed: Business contact details (name and address, e-mail address, telephone number) of contact person (s) (and) with User, username and password.
Processing Purposes
The Personal Data is processed for the following purposes:
HROffice uses external parties (sub-processors) that provide certain services on behalf of Adver. Personal data is provided to these parties, insofar as necessary for the execution of the assignment given by Adver. HROffice is hosted by Adver-Online BV, based in Heemstede and uses the Previder cloud, with servers in the Netherlands. All external parties who have access to and have access to Personal Data are (contractually) obliged to maintain this obligation - with the exception of any statutory regulation that obliges them to notify or to the extent necessary to perform the assigned task - and to take the necessary measures to careful processing and security thereof.
HROffice makes every effort to take appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect the Personal Data against unlawful processing and/or loss. The measures consist of at least the measures as mentioned in the OWASP top 10. Employees of HROffice, who have access to the Personal Data, are bound by a confidentiality clause.

HROffice does not store the Personal Data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which these data have been collected and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Users can request to view or correct their own Personal data from HROffice at any time via support@hroffice.eu.
