Brand and Sports Marketing Internship

The ideal candidate will provide support for the brand and sports marketing team. Specifically in the planning and administration of consumer-facing content and sports marketing initiatives.

O'Neill

O’Neill, the original Californian surf brand, was founded in 1952 and can be found all over the world. O’Neill Europe is responsible for the design and marketing of the European collection. The company is headquartered in Warmond, the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Support the sports marketing and brand marketing team in the planning, administration, and execution of consumer-facing initiatives globally and regionally
• Overall assistance with project management and coordination of initiatives
• Keep detailed minutes of meetings and project updates 
• Help with cross-functional alignment 
• Provide general support to a busy sports marketing team

This internship is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in sports and brand marketing within the action sports industry.

The candidate will work closely with a passionate and diverse team of professionals and can learn, firsthand, about the surf industry while contributing to real-world consumer-facing experiences and initiatives. 

Our expectations: 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to take detailed minutes and keep track of project progress 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Interest in sports and brand marketing
• Experience with project management or campaign coordination is a plus 
• High proficiency in English
