STORE MANAGER - Batavia Stad (Lelystad)
Fulltime - 38 hours per week
As Store Manager, you and your team are responsible for the overall result of the O'Neill outlet store in Batavia Stad. With your keen interest in the O'Neill lifestyle, you not only convey your passion for the brand, but also ensure that customers walk in and out of the shop with a smile. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the shops, sharing your enthusiasm for O'Neill and the lifestyle with both the team and the customers.
In this role, you are actively involved in all daily activities on the shop floor and act as a coach for your team. With your customer service knowledge and commercial drive, you realise daily targets and ensure strong customer loyalty. You will inspire and motivate your team, create a positive working atmosphere, and ensure that the shops are the ultimate reflection of the O'Neill experience.

- Manage day-to-day shop operations and ensure revenue targets, budgets and KPIs such as conversion and sales per transaction are met?
- Follow shop guidelines and procedures and optimise where necessary?
- Perform administrative processes correctly and share relevant information with the District Manager?
- Ensure implementation of visual sales standards, both in the window and in the shop?
- Research and implement local marketing activities to improve shop KPIs?
- Monitor health and safety procedures and ensure they remain up-to-date?
& do you have:
- At least 2-5 years' experience in a similar position;
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English, French is an advantage;
- The abilities to manage and motivate staff;
- Insight and interest in the latest trends and sales opportunities;
- And of course affinity with our brand, O'Neill.
