CRM & Campaign Specialist

Full time - 40 hours per week

As our CRM & Campaign Specialist you will manage the database, email communications and activations for all oneill.com websites to continuously improve customer lifetime value and the quality of our CRM base.

The job
Your key accountabilities will be:

Set up email campaigns for all oneill.com websites, such that:

  • The day-to-day e-commerce flow can operate flawlessly (account registration, order and shipping confirmation, etc);
  • Automation flows (abandoned cart, reactivation, etc) are created and optimized to drive maximum engagement
  • Campaign emails are sent out to support the commercial calendar
  • The O’Neill brand is accurately reflected in our emails’ look and feel (in collaboration with Marketing);
  • The latest technologies are tested and adopted;
  • A/B testing is being used to validate ideas and gather new insights.

Collaborate with other internal teams and external agencies to grow the CRM database, such that:

  • All oneill.com websites are optimized to stimulate visitors to sign up for the newsletter;
  • Campaigns (e.g. social media) are being initiated to drive new subscribers (in collaboration with the Online Marketeers);
  • Physical stores are stimulated to drive newsletter sign-ups.

Track the performance of all CRM activity, such that:

  • All email activity is measured, monitored an evaluated (e.g. using UTM tagging);
  • Data is being collected in a GDPR-compliant way;
  • A 360 degrees view of our customers is created;
  • Customer Lifetime Value is captured;
  • Genuine processes, such as reporting, are highly automated.

Manage the short-term e-commerce campaign planning, such that:

  • Brand stories and promotions as per the commercial calendar are converted into (digital) campaigns and activations;
  • Content is briefed and provided on time, and designed to drive the expected result (in collaboration with Marketing);
  • External parties (copywriter, agencies) are managed and involved (in collaboration with Marketing);
  • Email, website and social media communications are aligned;
  • All relevant internal stakeholders are informed about campaign plans.

Other accountabilities:

  • Identifies opportunities to improve customer service KPIs (customer satisfaction, resolution time, contacts per order);
  • Creates images or campaign banners according to templates (in coordination with Marketing).

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with passion for technology, fashion and sports. You have a positive mindset and are able to think in opportunities and will pro-actively come up with solutions and ideas. You have a curious and inquisitive mind, with drive to continuously challenging the status quo. 

Further, you preferably have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce or Marketing;
  • 2-4 years experience in an e-commerce environment;
  • Experience with (email) marketing automation software;
  • Strong project management and copywriting skills;
  • Proficient with Excel and managing large datasets;
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, HTML and Photoshop;
  • Strong English skills (in writing and speaking).
