The Job
As a Store Manager at O’Neill, you are responsible for the overall success of the store. You will lead and motivate your team, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and turn strategic goals into tangible results ⭐.
Your Responsibilities:
✔ Lead, coach, and develop a strong and motivated sales team
✔ Achieve sales targets and drive store performance
✔ Implement O’Neill’s guidelines for store layout and visual merchandising
✔ Manage inventory efficiently and ensure smooth administrative processes
✔ Analyse sales data and implement improvement strategies
✔ Foster a positive and energetic work environment with excellent customer service 🌟
Your Profile:
At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
Passion for board sports and the O’Neill lifestyle 🏄♂️🏂
Proactive and hands-on attitude
