We are looking for an HR Officer. Are you motivated, detail-oriented and eager to make a positive impact on the happiness of our employees both at our HQ in Warmond, as in our stores across Europe? This could be the perfect role for you!

In this position you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various aspects of employee management. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Employee Relations: Being a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment;
  • HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, supporting Payroll, and generating HR reports as needed;
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations;
  • Recruitment: managing the recruitment of interns and supporting the HR Advisor with other roles.

This is a broad role for someone who wants to learn in the field of HR. 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or relevant field;
  • Experience is not required – we're all about fresh perspectives and an eagerness to learn!
  • Proactive, curious & energetic;
  • Organizational skills with an eye for detail;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
